How to Use Your Domain’s Professional Email with Gmail

To my opinion, G Mail is currently the best web mail service available on the internet. Basically, it is free, fast and full of many features that people take advantage of without even knowing.

If you have a website or a blog hosted by a web host that offers email addresses, then you probably have your domain’s email address or are still to create it yet. I shall use the domain name uncleche.co.cc as an example to give you a through understanding of the issue at hand.

With my domain name uncleche.co.cc, I am entitled to any email address of the format xyz@uncleche.co.cc where xyz can be any alphanumeric combination, underscores and dashes.

Now, let’s get to work

Problem: I don’t like the way my email box at cpanel appears. Squirelmail sucks, horde is horrible and roundcube is just undearable.

Solution: Use your cpanel email with Gmail. Gmail is faster, easier and spam-free

Procedure: First and foremost, set a forwarding from your cpanel email to your gmail account, e.g info@uncleche.co.cc to uncleche007@gmail.com. Secondly, tell Gmail that you own a domain email at cpanel.
